Job Summary
Architect, develop, and deploy robust Python and React.js applications, including large-scale web apps using FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Design RESTful APIs and SOAP services, build distributed microservices systems, and manage relational and NoSQL databases. Lead development activities, guide junior developers, and conduct internal technical sessions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients. Translate UI/UX wireframes into code, debug frontend performance, and implement documentation. Utilize AI/ML libraries where applicable and follow Agile methodologies with TDD and CI/CD practices. Work from home or hybrid, with 5-day schedules and international on-site opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Strong command over Python, OOP, data structures, algorithms

Desired Qualifications
- Develop, optimize, and maintain large-scale Python web applications using frameworks such as FastAPI / Django /Flask
- Design RESTful APIs / SOAP Services and work with tools like Postman/Newman
- Build scalable, distributed systems following microservices and SOA architecture
- Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
- Implement software best practices including TDD, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/XP)
- Utilize AI/ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV etc.)
- Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, joins, and database operations
- Develop user interface components using React JS and workflows like Redux, Flux, Webpack
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code
- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance frontend performance
- Implement and maintain documentation for frontend modules
- Work on responsive design, PWA concepts, and browser-based performance testing (Mocha, Jest)
- Lead and guide junior team members when required
- Conduct internal technical sessions
- Collaborate with clients and in-house cross-functional teams
