Job Summary
As a Full Stack Java Developer at Deloitte, you will design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for a leading North American Bank. This role requires expertise in Java and Spring Boot with experience in Python and React. Responsibilities include writing efficient code, maintaining application documentation, ensuring application security and performance, implementing automated testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full stack development
- Extensive professional experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API development, and Angular
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, SDLC best practices, CI/CD pipelines, feature flagging, and A/B testing
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in the financial services/banking industry
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
