Job Summary
Lead client-facing technical discussions, gather requirements, and independently handle solution design for scalable full-stack applications using NodeJS, ReactJS, and AWS. Develop frontend initiatives, maintain backend systems, and design cloud-based solutions leveraging Lambda, DynamoDB, and Cognito. Review code, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical guidance while ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and sprint commitments. Coordinate effectively across Backend, Frontend, Design, and Product teams to drive successful delivery. Requires 7–8+ years of experience with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- More than 7–8 years of relevant software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in NodeJS and ReactJS-based full stack development
- Strong practical experience working with AWS, especially Lambda, DynamoDB and Cognito
- Proven ability to work directly with clients and independently manage technical discussions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and solution-design capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading technical discussions and coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams
