Senior Full Stack Developer, Mortgage Automation

Senior Full Stack Developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining AI-first automation features that connect a modern loan origination system (LOS), broker portal, and third-party services. You will ship production code daily, participate in code reviews for both human-written and AI-generated code in a regulated lending environment, and drive automation across high-impact lending workflows (change of circumstance, re-disclosures, condition clearing, CD and closing document automation). The role requires deep API design/consumption, integration with LOS/AUS/pricing/verification/vendors, and collaboration with product, BA, and UAT teams in fast pilot-driven release cycles. Daily use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as a core part of the workflow, with the ability to decompose work into prompts and agentic tasks and demonstrate tangible productivity gains from AI-assisted development. A strong understanding of mortgage lifecycle and regulatory context, with the ability to build internal agentic workflows and ensure quality through AI-managed development in a regulated environment.
