Senior Full Stack Developer (Go + React.js)

Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Go, while building modular, responsive user interfaces with React.js. Take full lifecycle ownership of features from requirement analysis and system design through containerization, testing, and deployment. Implement background data synchronization, device integrations, and enterprise authentication mechanisms across API endpoints and UI modules. Write unit-tested code, perform code reviews, and optimize backend API latencies and frontend render performance. Partner closely with product engineering, product management, and sales teams to deliver robust enterprise release packages.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- at least 3+ years focused on full-stack web applications and microservices
- Deep hands-on experience building production-grade services in Go
- Strong understanding of Go idioms, goroutines, channel mechanics, and explicit error handling
- Solid expertise in modern React (Hooks, Context API, state management) and front-end integration with REST APIs
- Demonstrated ability in designing SQL schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL), query optimization, and REST API standards
- Practical experience with Docker (containerizing Go binaries and web assets)
- Strong experience with Git workflows, unit testing, and debugging distributed applications
- Ability to work independently, finding solutions to programming problems with minimal oversight
- Ability to lead a team with diverse technical backgrounds
- Ability to provide technical requirements to the team
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm charts, or enterprise container management (e.g., RKE2)
- Familiarity with enterprise authentication systems (Keycloak, OIDC, OAuth2 Proxy, SAML)
- Prior experience delivering software deployed via OVA packages or in air-gapped enterprise environments
- Previous experience in Java ecosystem (Spring Boot)
