Job Summary
Senior Full-Stack Developer at Gainwell responsible for building UI components using React, data pipelines, and AWS-based integration layers that extend our Amazon Connect contact center platform. Design and optimize SQL data models, develop integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, and Kinesis, and implement data ingestion/transformation for CTRs and agent events. Build secure, scalable APIs and microservices aligned with AWS Well-Architected principles. Participate in architectural design sessions, mentor developers, troubleshoot complex issues across UI, API, AWS services, and data layer, and support production troubleshooting across the full AWS stack. United States remote opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong React experience (hooks, state management, component architecture)
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (CTR data, contact flows, CCP customization)
- Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals
- Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming data (Kinesis, EventBridge)
- Familiarity with IAM, VPC, CloudFormation/SAM, and AWS security best practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
