Job Summary
Senior Full Stack Developer at FOX Corporation responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable full-stack web applications across modern frontend frameworks and backend services in a regulated, high-traffic enterprise environment. Responsibilities include developing frontend interfaces, backend APIs and integrations, ensuring performance, reliability, accessibility, security, observability, and operational readiness; implementing CI/CD workflows and software development lifecycle best practices; leveraging AI-assisted development workflows and agentic platforms to accelerate delivery and improve code quality; conducting code reviews, providing technical mentorship, and collaborating with product, design, platform, and architecture stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated ownership of complex features and systems in production environments
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with experience building modern web applications
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue, React, Nuxt, Next.js, or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture, design systems, and scalable frontend development practices
- Experience developing backend services, APIs, and distributed application architectures
- Experience building and maintaining full-stack applications in cloud-based environments
- Strong knowledge of application performance optimization, observability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support
- Demonstrated ability to improve application reliability, scalability, maintainability, and security
- Experience working with version control systems, code review processes, and collaborative development workflows
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve engineering productivity and software quality
- Ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, mentoring, and communication skills
- Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position.
