Job Summary
Design and maintain robust backend services using Python/Django on AWS infrastructure while building modern frontend interfaces with React or Angular. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences for healthcare tools such as chatbots and EHR systems. Ensure data security and compliance with HIPAA and SOX standards by implementing best practices in software architecture, testing, and CI/CD. Troubleshoot issues across development, staging, and production environments and participate in code reviews and technical planning. Stay current with full-stack trends and healthcare IT technologies, with occasional travel to the U.S. required. This role supports scalable, secure software development within the healthcare space.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
- strong skills in both backend and frontend development
- Proficient in Python (Django)
- Proficient in JavaScript (React/Angular) or similar frameworks
- Experience with AWS
- Solid understanding of web security and compliance standards in healthcare (HIPAA, SOX)
- Based in Korea
- fluency in Korean and English
- Willing to travel occasionally to the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in or with the Healthcare or EHR industry
- Experience or familiarity with AI/ML, chatbots, or MLOps (e.g., integrating models, understanding pipelines, LLMs)
