Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain C#/.NET desktop applications, including WinForms and legacy system modernization projects. Write and maintain SQL Server queries, build Web APIs across internal systems, and contribute to code quality, testing, and DevOps practices. Collaborate with team members to deliver effective technical solutions while leveraging AI-assisted development tools as a force multiplier. This role offers meaningful technical ownership within a small, collaborative team focused on large-scale modernization efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in C#/.NET development
- Strong experience with WinForms applications
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server and TSQL
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a small team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with VB6 or legacy system modernization
- Exposure to DevExpress tools
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, or Citrix environments
