Job Summary
Drive the Automation Product to Production by moving workflows from experimental phases to a rock-solid, production-ready state. Architect for reliability and scale by building robust, non-flaky desktop automation solutions capable of supporting thousands of pharmacies. Own the US Expansion Blueprint by designing infrastructure changes for data residency, localized logins, and model deployments. Implement high-bar security and compliance to ensure full HIPAA adherence and mitigate MITM vulnerabilities. Lead product architecture from installer distributions to core systems while experimenting with and training AI/ML models to maximize automation accuracy. Act as a core technical voice for the Gravity pod, running client-facing meetings and mentoring intermediate and intern engineers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- heavy focus on desktop automation
- Expert-level proficiency in Python
- Expert-level proficiency in Node.js
- Strong, hands-on experience with AWS
- Strong, hands-on experience with SQL
- Exceptional communication skills
- comfortable in front of clients
