Job Summary
Senior Full-cycle Recruiter at a healthcare recruitment agency, focusing on high-volume staffing for healthcare clients including care homes, nursing homes, and children's residential services. You will source, interview, and recruit healthcare professionals; manage temporary staffing bookings and shift allocations with speed and accuracy; build long-term relationships with healthcare clients and candidates; ensure compliance and onboarding checks meet healthcare standards; maintain accurate records in internal systems; and drive business growth through proactive account management and excellent relationship building. This role is fully remote with a globally distributed client base across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia, and involves coordinating with international, cross-functional teams to meet fluctuating demand while maintaining high service levels.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail, particularly regarding compliance and data accuracy

- Nice-to-Haves: Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house); Specific expertise in healthcare recruitment; Background in sales, customer service, or account management; Experience working within a target-driven or KPI-led environment
