Job Summary
Experienced logistics and operations professional to manage inbound and outbound shipments in India fulfillment operations for Nivoda Express; responsibilities include coordinating shipments across Mumbai and Surat, supplier coordination, end-to-end stock management of diamonds and gemstones, inventory audits, handling returns and exceptions with proper documentation, and developing/maintaining SOPs and BRDs while generating monthly/ quarterly operational reports. Strong data-analysis, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and communication skills are required to ensure accuracy, security, and efficiency in high-value shipments.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to generate clear, structured reports
- Excellent command of Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritising high-value shipments
- Exceptional attention to detail and integrity when handling valuable assets
