Job Summary
Oversee daily hub operations including sorting, loading, and routing to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate operational databases, track orders, and generate daily/weekly performance reports. Supervise, train, and mentor a team of delivery associates while monitoring rider activity and optimizing routes. Track key performance indicators such as delivery times, vehicle efficiency, and productivity. Resolve escalated customer issues, handle exceptions, and returns. Ensure compliance with company protocols, safety standards, and local regulations, including vehicle safety inspections and safe cash handling. Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity. Work Mondays to Saturdays in a fast-paced environment supporting a startup revolutionizing vehicle subscription services in Africa.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields
- Should have completed NYSC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) or Google Sheets
- Capability to stand for long periods
- Can lift up to 20kg
- Strong communication skills
- Time management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or long shifts, in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work Mondays to Saturdays (6 days a week)
