Job Summary
Shape the future of the Retail Media platform by building modern frontend experiences across campaign management, advertiser self-service, and AdTech products. Own end-to-end frontend delivery while collaborating with backend engineers to integrate scalable APIs and deliver high-quality user experiences. Create complex web applications including reporting, asset management, permissions, audience segments, wallet integrations, and CRM metadata integrations. Contribute to a greenfield engineering journey transitioning from outsourced development to an in-house organization. Work across multiple AdTech domains using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js before specializing as dedicated product teams evolve.
Required Qualifications
- Strong commercial experience with React
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript
- Experience building complex production web applications
- Experience working across the frontend/backend boundary
- Solid experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs
- Ability to thrive in fast-growing product environments
- Ability to take ownership beyond strict frontend responsibilities
- Ability to enjoy collaborating with Product, UX and Backend Engineering
