Senior Frontend Engineer, Retail Media / AdTech Solutions (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Shape the future of the Retail Media platform by building modern frontend experiences across campaign management, advertiser self-service, and AdTech products. Own end-to-end frontend delivery while collaborating with backend engineers to integrate scalable APIs and deliver high-quality user experiences for reporting, asset management, and CRM integrations. Contribute to a greenfield engineering journey transitioning from outsourced development to an in-house organization, working across multiple AdTech domains before specializing. This remote role based in Germany may require occasional on-site collaboration in Berlin or Cologne.
Required Qualifications
- Strong commercial experience with React
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript
- Building complex production web applications
- Experience working across the frontend/backend boundary
- Solid experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs
- Thrive in fast-growing product environments
- Take ownership beyond strict frontend responsibilities
- Enjoy collaborating with Product, UX and Backend Engineering
- Remote position based in Germany
- Occasional on-site collaboration at offices in Berlin or Cologne
