Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Frontend Engineer to build scalable web applications with a focus on user experience. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining robust web applications using JavaScript, React, and Next.js, designing frontend architectures, integrating with REST APIs and GraphQL services, and collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, extensive experience in modern frontend development, and strong skills in JavaScript and React.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or comparable training
- Extensive professional experience in modern frontend development
- Proficient in modern frontend development with React and Next.js
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend tools
- Detail-oriented with a sense for UI/UX and performance optimization
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with Testing Frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
- Understanding of CI/CD Pipelines
- Knowledge of Cloud Environments
