Job Summary
Senior Frontend Engineer leading frontend delivery for AI Accelerator projects within BMS. You will own React/TypeScript experiences for chat, copilots, workflows, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop interfaces, implement design patterns and reusable components, collaborate across AI, data, and platform teams, and drive frontend testing, security, and enterprise readiness. You’ll contribute to architecture decisions, collaborate with product owners and scientists, and help ship MVPs in multi-sprint cycles while integrating with AWS-hosted services and a variety of consuming applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design Technology, Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience or equivalent
- Expertise in React and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience building AI-powered product experiences (chat, copilot, workflow, evaluation, human-in-the-loop)
- Experience with front-end frameworks and testing (Vitest/Jest, RTL, Playwright/Cypress)
- Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL/WebSockets and streaming patterns
- Experience with AWS-hosted patterns, CI/CD, and GitHub workflows
- Knowledge of accessibility, security, and enterprise-grade frontend practices
- Experience with AI tools and agents in development
- Strong communication for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to translate ambiguous AI opportunities into usable product experiences
