Job Summary
Senior Frontend Developer at ScalePad owning high-impact frontend experiences from concept to launch, shaping scalable interfaces, and advancing the frontend platform and design system. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers; apply AI-native practices to accelerate development; emphasize accessibility, performance, and maintainability; mentor peers; and help MSP partners understand risk and drive measurable value through polished, scalable user experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Senior frontend experience with React and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture
- Experience delivering reliable, maintainable, and scalable frontend interfaces
- Accessibility, performance, responsive design, state management, API integration, testing strategy
- AI fluency in development processes (discovery, prototyping, debugging, documentation)
- Ability to connect technical decisions to user outcomes and business impact
- Experience in collaborative SaaS environments and effective communication
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive new workflows
- Mentoring via code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance
