Job Summary
Senior Frontend Developer to lead the implementation of a Shared Design Library with reusable React components, design tokens, and UX patterns across applications. Responsibilities include defining foundations (naming conventions, versioning, theming, accessibility), maintaining component documentation (Storybook, MDX), establishing governance for proposals and deprecations with UI/UX Designers and QA, defining a testing framework (unit tests, visual regression, accessibility checks, integration tests), collaborating with Product Designers to tokenize guidelines into components, integrating the library into CI/CD pipelines, writing clean TypeScript/React code, owning feature development end-to-end, code review, mentoring engineers, and shaping frontend architecture for modularity and performance. Requirements include 5+ years of frontend experience with TypeScript/React, experience with design systems or shared libraries, strong HTML5/CSS3 skills, accessibility and performance awareness, scalable frontend architectures, CI/CD and agile practices, Git/npm/yarn proficiency, strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
