Job Summary
Senior Frontend Architect responsible for defining future-ready architectures (Micro-Frontends, state management) and ensuring usability and performance (Core Web Vitals). Leads strategic client engagements, translates digital innovations into feasible concepts, and owns the technical customer development. Embraces a DevOps mindset with CI/CD automation and Docker integration; establishes robust automated tests (Unit/Integration with Cypress/Playwright) and enforces secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10). Champions code quality through structured reviews, mentoring, and adherence to linting/Prettier standards. Technologies include JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue.js, Next.js, with Svelte/Astro.js as alternatives; emphasizes AI-assisted tooling and modern build/deploy workflows; requires senior-level expertise across SPAs and Cloud deployments; German language proficiency (C1) and good English expected.
Required Qualifications
- Senior frontend development experience (7+ years)
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proficiency with React/Angular/Vue or similar ecosystems
- Experience with CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub Actions) and Docker
- Experience with automated testing (Cypress/Playwright)
- Security best practices (OWASP Top 10)
- Mentoring/leading a team
- Strong German language skills (C1) and good English
