Senior Freight Sales Executive responsible for driving immediate revenue growth through new business acquisition, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and expanding a book of shipper relationships across Truckload (TL), LTL, and consolidation solutions. Build and maintain a high-value pipeline, negotiate long-term agreements, and collaborate with operations and pricing to deliver competitive, scalable freight solutions while consistently meeting aggressive revenue targets. Strong focus on outbound prospecting, relationship management, and revenue contribution within defined timeframes.
