Job Summary
Senior Freight Forwarding Operations and Customer Service Agent responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Tasks include managing freight forwarding files, assisting with account start-up, coordinating with sales for documentation, monitoring compliance and invoicing, handling export/import documentation, providing flight/ sailing details, liaising with airlines/ocean lines and DP World network to optimize capacity and costs, and acting quickly on emergencies. Collaboration with Operations colleagues to handle workflow overload and continuous assessment of customer needs, market trends, and competitors to enhance service offerings. Requires graduate-level understanding with freight forwarding experience and customer service expertise.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant and recent experience in Freight Forwarding Operations and Customer Service
- Graduate in any field
- Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory
