Senior Freight Forwarder

As a Senior Freight Forwarder at DSV, you will coordinate and manage the transportation of goods for clients, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include acting as the primary client liaison, coordinating all transportation aspects (booking space, pickups, schedules), preparing shipping documents (bills of lading, customs declarations, permits), ensuring regulatory compliance, liaising with carriers and airlines to secure capacity, monitoring carrier performance, resolving disruptions, providing proactive client communication, and identifying process improvements to enhance service quality and profitability. The role requires strong communication, knowledge of international shipping regulations and INCOTerms, proficiency with logistics software/ERP systems, and a customer-service oriented mindset.
