Job Summary
Senior Fraud Product Manager to drive fraud mitigation across the bank’s payment rails and client interactions. Own the enterprise fraud-control investment portfolio and roadmap, coordinate with Product, IT, Operations, and business leaders, advocate for investments to strengthen the fraud defense program, and lead the definition and delivery of client authentication capabilities. Develop educational programs to keep clients and frontline teams informed on fraud trends and risk mitigation. Act as escalation point for fraud events, coordinating actions between clients, relationship teams, and support teams (Legal, Financial Crimes, service teams). Improve internal processes for investigations, claims, and coordination of fraud responses; work with Legal, Financial Crimes, and Cyber Security to establish information-sharing guidelines; develop comprehensive fraud reporting requirements to provide insight into fraud trends and risks. Location: Clanton, AL; with remote-work option.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of fraud/product/financial/operations/project management experience or 14 years combined higher education/work experience in lieu of degree
- strong understanding of payments and fraud regulations
- experience with authentication and fraud prevention tools
- ability to coordinate across Legal, Financial Crimes, Cyber Security, IT, Risk, and business leaders
- ability to communicate effectively with clients, bank partners, and executive leadership
