Senior Fraud Investigator, EU - English & Spanish Speaking

Senior Fraud Investigator role (EU/English & Spanish speaking) for Monzo's EU Fraud Customer Operations team. Responsibilities include gathering evidence from flagged transactions and customer submissions, investigating suspicious activity with empathy and attention to detail, safeguarding compromised accounts, advising fraud victims, and communicating with other banks, CIFAS, and law enforcement. Must have strong English and fluent Spanish, be a team player, understand fraud typologies, provide actionable feedback, and be able to deliver fraud training. Working hours 8am–6pm, 1 in 4 weekends; remote-based in the UK.
