Senior FPGA Engineer (New Hire Sign-On Bonus Eligible)

Define, design, and verify FPGA architectures, including high-level design, synthesis, place and route, and power utilization. Create test and simulation plans using UVM and SystemVerilog to establish functional criteria and analyze performance. Manage vendor capabilities, foundry technologies, and device libraries while contributing to technical subcontract management and proposal evaluations. Lead small teams or projects, exercise latitude in determining technical objectives, and guide the successful completion of major programs. Provide leadership to lower-level employees and apply organizational processes throughout the development lifecycle.
