Senior FP&A Manager

Job Summary
Deliver consolidated monthly reports to the CEO and ESCO President, leading timely close procedures to support a 3-day close and 5-day reporting cycle. Develop robust functional benchmarking, working capital, and balance sheet reporting, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and cash flow metrics. Lead and deliver monthly, quarterly forecasts, and the annual budget covering P&L, balance sheet, and KPI variances with narrative business drivers. Supervise a team of FP&A analysts in Manila through coaching and mentoring while ensuring alignment with global business units. Recommend continuous process improvements to enhance finance analysis and reporting quality. Demonstrate commitment to zero harm safety behaviors in support of our world-class safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven history leading financial planning processes and teams
- Strong accounting background with demonstrated expertise in balance sheet analysis, reconciliations, and cash flow management
- CPA, CMA, or MBA
- Experience working with large multinational companies with a focus in FP&A and/or manufacturing
- Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel
- Proficiency with OneStream, Hyperion, or other financial modeling tools
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States
