Job Summary
Senior FP&A Manager responsible for leading in-year forecasting, daily cash forecasting, and providing insightful variance analyses to support the Group CFO, Group CEO, Board and Investor Relations. Focus areas include working capital, funds flow, and the Civil LTSA balance; producing monthly performance reports, driving improvements in forecast quality, and delivering ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions. The role requires the ability to distill complex data, manage senior stakeholders, and coordinate cross-division financial planning with a delivery-focused, proactive mindset. The position operates in a full-time, hybrid setting based in Derby, UK, with a vision to support Rolls-Royce’s financial targets and strategic transformation.
