Senior FP&A Manager GTM

Job Summary

Lead n8n's annual planning and regular forecasting for the GTM function, driving top-down target setting and cross-functional alignment. Build and maintain an integrated sales-led top-line model reflecting evolving strategies from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. Model pipeline health, sales dynamics, and funnel economics to translate key growth levers into clear financial impact and investment trade-offs. Partner with GTM budget owners to right-size investment and define KPIs, reporting cadence, and frameworks for improved decision-making. Present clear recommendations to executive leadership and board audiences while using AI and automation to create scalable planning workflows. Own the financial partnership with GTM leaders to ensure forward plans and actual performance are connected, consistent, and interpreted with rigor.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance
  • Experience within a fast-paced technology or B2B SaaS environment
  • Led multi-entity, multi-stakeholder annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes from end to end
  • Partnered closely with Sales and Marketing leaders
  • Support for a sales-led growth or enterprise sales motion
  • Fluency in CAC, CAC payback, CLV-to-CAC, pipeline dynamics, funnel conversion, and the economics of enterprise growth
  • Ability to build sophisticated, integrated financial models that remain reliable as assumptions and business conditions change
  • Ability to turn complex financial analysis into clear recommendations
  • Comfort presenting to GTM leaders, executives, and board audiences
  • Active use of AI and automation platforms such as n8n to improve the quality, speed, and repeatability of work
  • Existing right to work in Germany (visa sponsorship available)
  • English language capability

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Started career in transaction advisory, investment banking, or a similarly analytical environment
  • Comfort using Python to automate modeling, analysis, or reporting workflows
  • Worked with financial or headcount planning platforms such as Pigment in complex, multi-entity environments
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar RevOps tooling as a data consumer
  • Ability to use SQL or another query language to retrieve and shape data independently
  • Understanding of product-led growth metrics and motions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with PLG and R&D finance counterparts
  • Worked with dashboarding or BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience in workflow automation, developer tools, infrastructure software, or a related SaaS category
  • Comfort working in a distributed, async-first team with a high degree of autonomy
