Senior FP&A Manager - Global ARR

Job Summary
Own the monthly Group Software Bookings, ACV, and ARR reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to Executive Leadership, Finance Leadership, and Board stakeholders. Deliver insightful analysis of business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities while maintaining reporting consistency across regions, business units, and product lines. Act as the subject matter expert for commercial metrics, review deal structures, and partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, FP&A, and M&A teams on reporting matters. Conduct deep-dive analysis into ARR drivers, retention trends, and expansion rates to translate data into actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making. Drive automation and reporting enhancements using Power BI and advanced analytics to improve data quality and process efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
- MBA
- Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Revenue Operations, or related analytical finance roles
- Significant experience within a software, SaaS, subscription, or technology company
- Experience working with recurring revenue models, ARR, ACV, SaaS metrics, subscriptions, renewals, and customer retention analysis
- Experience supporting executive-level business reviews and reporting processes
- Fluent business English
- A persistent nature and a willingness to understand and overcome operational challenges/obstacles
- Ability to understand processes and challenges and effectively communicate internally
- Ability to understand internal processes and navigate effectively
