Job Summary
Join ING as a Senior FP&A Expert to lead financial data consolidation and reporting in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include managing cost center oversight, automating reports with Power BI, and improving data quality through process enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial advisory, or reporting roles
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, Power Query, and Advanced Excel
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Ability to create clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Strong learning agility and a proactive, self-starting approach to problem-solving
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in banking, particularly Wholesale Banking is a plus
- Familiarity with SmartView, Hyperion, Essbase, or TM1 is a plus
- Open to candidates from other industries with strong technical and analytical capabilities
