Job Summary
Senior FP&A Control & Automation Analyst to build the digital infrastructure that automates the month-end reporting cycle, consolidates financial logic, and eliminates manual data processing. You will automate data flows between ERP, Jira, and reporting layers using tools like Power Automate, Python, Power BI or Abacum; support SOX controls and IFRS knowledge; manage month-end close activities and pursue ongoing automation. Required: SQL (Redshift/BigQuery) or ability to learn technical data structures, proficiency in Power BI, and experience with FP&A platforms and ERP environments. 1-3 years of experience in Financial Control, FP&A, or Finance Operations; degree in Business/Finance or related field preferred; strong systems-thinking mindset and ownership of automating manual processes.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Financial Control, FP&A, or Finance Operations
- Data literacy: Proficiency in SQL (Redshift/BigQuery) or ability to learn technical data structures quickly
- Automation mindset: Experience with or willingness to learn n8n, Python, or other workflow automation tools
- Experience with modern FP&A platforms (Abacum, Pigment, or Anaplan) and ERP environments
- Advanced Excel for prototyping logic
