Job Summary
Senior FP&A Control & Automation Analyst responsible for automating the month-end close and consolidating financial logic. Build diagnostic tools to flag variances in real-time, automate data flows between ERP, Jira, and reporting layers using Power Automate, Python, Power BI, and Abacum. Act as primary technical contact for external auditors and the Global Controller; translate complex commercial models into audited financial actuals. Define and enforce data contracts between Accounting and FP&A; strengthen SOX controls and IFRS knowledge; improve governance of financial data and reporting workflows. Ideal candidates have SQL (Redshift/BigQuery) proficiency, experience with n8n or Python, and familiarity with modern FP&A platforms (Abacum, Pigment, Anaplan) and ERP environments. Strong Excel, data-literacy mindset, and ownership mentality are required. The minimum monthly salary is per Collective Bargaining Agreement; overpayment considered based on qualifications and experience. Location: München, Bayern, DE; in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or related field
