Job Summary
Senior FP&A role partnering with Commercial functions to deliver financial insights, support revenue planning, and drive profitability through budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Responsibilities include managing planning and direction of projects, financial closes and controls, forecasting and budgeting, reporting and disclosures, evaluating investments and pricing profitability, leading process improvements, and potentially coaching Green Belts in Six Sigma. The candidate will ensure compliance with regulations and policies, prepare management reports, provide recommendations to leadership, and support strategic planning efforts including the AFE process and cross-functional initiatives. Strong analytical, leadership, and data-driven decision-making skills are essential, as is experience with VBA/Macro and a solid finance background.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 3-5+ years finance or related experience
- 1-2 years supervisory or management experience (preferred)
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; VBA/Macro experience
- Strong communication skills (oral, presentation, written)
- Integrity, strong business acumen, teamwork
- Knowledge of call center operations and product lines
