Job Summary
Partner with FP&A leadership and business unit heads on annual budgeting, reforecasting, and long-range planning, building three-statement models and deep operational analytics for unit economics, pricing, and capacity. Own scenario and sensitivity modeling for lenders and investors, including covenant headroom and sources and uses, while driving monthly variance analysis and business reviews for the CFO, sponsor, and board. Support M&A diligence and integration, manage fundraising end-to-end through investor materials and data rooms, and lead ERP implementation and migration from QuickBooks. Write reports and analyses from data warehouses using SQL, partner with engineering on data pipeline integrations, and enforce data integrity across fragmented systems. Identify and automate manual workflows to improve scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years in FP&A or strategic finance
- Direct experience working with private equity or venture capital partners and boards
- Direct fundraising experience
- Proven ability to build lender and investor models
- Strong report-writing ability off data warehouses and other data sets
- Experience evaluating, selecting, or implementing an ERP
- Hands-on familiarity with accounting, billing and revenue, CRM, and BI or data-warehouse tools
- Comfort partnering with engineering on integrations and warehouse build-out
- Deep business acumen

- Strong command of SaaS and subscription economics

- Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition, 409A, and cap table concepts
