Senior FP&A Analyst Sports

Job Summary
Review accruals and ensure P&L completeness during month-end close activities while partnering with GBS, Accounting, and Local Finance. Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets for International Sports P&L areas, specifically Eurosport.com, and deliver variance reporting against prior year, budget, and forecast. Develop reporting tools and dashboards to highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities, then support strategic decision-making through ad hoc financial analysis, business cases, and scenario planning. Contribute to finance transformation and process improvement initiatives within the International Sports Finance team. This role combines remote and in-office work under a hybrid model.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling or a related finance function
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and reporting systems (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle EPM, Hyperion or Anaplan)
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven business partnering, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
- Fluent business-level English (written and spoken)
