Monitor and analyze SG&A and operational expenses while partnering with department leaders to track budgets and explain variances. Own the 13-week cash flow forecast, analyzing accounts receivable, payable, and inventory levels to identify liquidity risks and cost-saving opportunities. Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and consolidation of financial results across entities to ensure P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow alignment. Improve financial processes related to reporting and automation, preparing monthly packages for leadership. Translate operational activity into clear business insights to drive expanded growth.
