Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary
Prepare timely, accurate, and relevant financial forecasts, analyses, and reports while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Develop financial models and provide ad hoc data analysis to enable business partnering, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all financial data and reports. Respond to inquiries with detailed analysis and identify opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting, and enhance financial systems. Deliver insights and recommendations to support business performance and continuous improvement. This role requires a CPA with at least three years of experience in management and financial performance reporting, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with tools like Tableau, Anaplan, and Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- at least a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
- Demonstrated experience in management and/or financial performance reporting for a minimum of 3 years
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Positive disposition and can-do attitude
- Keen attention to details
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with data and analytics infrastructure, data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Kyvos etc.)
- Familiarity with planning and forecasting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive etc.)
