Job Summary
Lead and improve financial planning processes; develop advanced financial models to support strategic planning; drive digitalization and AI-enabled FP&A activities; deliver actionable business insights through robust analysis and reporting; engage and influence stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment; report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis as part of a dynamic finance team; requires a Master’s degree and 3-5 years FP&A experience; fluent in English and Danish.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Corporate Finance
- Experience with driving process improvements and scaling financial operations, preferably with exposure to digitalization and AI-driven solutions
- Experience with defining, implementing and driving financial performance management processes
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence stakeholders across the organization
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations
- Collaborative, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Danish
