Senior FP&A Analyst

Senior FP&A Analyst at Forge Biologics, based in Columbus, OH, with hybrid onsite work. You will lead annual operating planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly outlooks; monitor and analyze costs across departments; deliver monthly/quarterly variance analysis and executive-ready commentary; develop dashboards and KPI scorecards; partner with leadership to evaluate financial impact of operations and strategic projects; and drive process improvements using NetSuite ERP and BI tools to deliver data-driven insights. Key responsibilities include cost monitoring and analysis, preparing reporting packages, scenario analyses, cash forecasting, and supporting close with FP&A–GL alignment. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, 5+ years in FP&A or financial analysis, advanced Excel skills, strong understanding of P&L/balance sheet/cash flow, NetSuite ERP experience, and ability to work onsite in Columbus a minimum of 2 days/week. Preferred skills include MBA/CPA/CFA and experience with BI tools and manufacturing/biotech environments.
