Senior FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner (Poland, remote)

Own the annual budget process and quarterly/rolling forecasts in partnership with department heads, while building and maintaining financial models for P&L, headcount, opex, and cash flow. Act as the finance point of contact for Sales, Ops, and Product, driving visibility into the sales pipeline and analyzing channel and partner profitability. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting and board materials, developing core SaaS metrics like ARR, NRR, and gross margin. Pull data across CRM, billing, and finance systems for recurring and ad hoc analysis, including strategic projects such as pricing changes. Improve FP&A tooling and reporting automation while maintaining tight alignment with the Controller on actuals versus forecast. This role requires 8 to 10 years of finance experience with strong B2B commercial exposure, strong Excel skills, and hands-on planning and modeling expertise. You will partner directly with leadership to turn numbers into actionable business decisions.
