Job Summary
Refine and maintain the core company financial model, translating complex operating data into consolidated cash flow projections. Build KPI dashboards and monthly board presentations while conducting ad hoc financial analyses to evaluate ROI on key initiatives. Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate decision support and provide strategic thought leadership that identifies growth opportunities across the business. This role requires 3–5 years of analytical experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with a Master's degree and comfort working more than 40 hours per week. Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will drive fundraising initiatives and present complex metrics directly to management and the Board of Directors.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven analytical experience in an FP&A, valuation, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic finance role
- Expert-level financial modeling skills—specifically building three-statement financial models, pivot tables, scenario analysis, and cash flow models
- BA/BS or Master's degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, economics, business, or a related discipline
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to produce exceptional deliverables, work independently, and own projects end-to-end
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, with the flexibility to work more than 40 hours per week and weekends as needed
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high motivation to learn about all aspects of a high-growth business
Desired Qualifications
- Previous buy-side or sell-side transaction experience is highly preferred
- Experience presenting complex numbers in a consumable form, translating financial metrics into digestible graphic or narrative formats
- Comfort leveraging AI and automation with a keen interest in continuously improving how finance operates
