Job Summary
Senior FP&A Analyst in Medford, MA to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis in partnership with senior leadership. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining financial models for forecasting and strategic planning, analyzing results to identify trends, risks and opportunities, preparing weekly executive reports, supporting budgeting and variance analysis, presenting insights to executives, enhancing reporting tools, monitoring KPIs, and aiding ad hoc analyses. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s in Finance/Accounting, knowledge of SQL/Power BI/Tableau, and CFA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Suite; particularly Excel experience with financial systems (ERP, planning tools)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial statements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
