Senior FP&A Analyst - Budget

Job Summary
Partner with business owners to develop, review, and report General & Administrative Expense budgets while supporting position management and cost center hierarchy administration. Deliver detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis to inform leadership decisions, proactively identify forecast risks and opportunities, and own basic system administration for Adaptive Planning. Perform financial data mining, reconciliation, and develop insightful Tableau dashboards that drive financial accountability. Identify and implement process changes to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency, cross-train on team functions, and present key metrics aligned with GAAP standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
- Four or more years of professional experience in financial planning & analysis or a budgeting role
- Ability to turn financial data into visually appealing, professional dashboards/reporting that effectively deliver the message and drive action
- Experience providing financial and analytical support to cross-functional teams and organizations
- Experience in planning applications such as Adaptive Planning or Oracle PBCS
- Experience with data transformation, reporting, and visualization through use of Business Intelligence (BI) software such as Tableau or Power BI
- Ability to organize, interpret, and draw appropriate conclusions from large volumes of data
- Creatively present the information in a manner that enables non-financial managers to easily understand the information
- Self-motivated, highly organized individual eager to work in a fast-paced environment
