Job Summary
Senior FP&A Analyst role focused on strategic partnership with business leaders to deliver high-impact financial insights, lead budgeting/forecasting processes, develop dynamic financial models for forecasting and long-term planning, automate and standardize reporting, and provide executive-ready analyses and storytelling to influence decisions. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, cash flow forecasting, and improving FP&A processes through automation and better analytics capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, investment banking or management consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP and EPM/BI tools (e.g., Adaptive, Power BI, SQL)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Self-starter with leadership potential
- Ability to work in-office 5 days per week
