Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary
Lead monthly forecasting and variance analysis for corporate and shared-service organizations, partnering with budget owners to develop accurate forecasts and identify risks. Support annual operating plan development, workforce planning activities, and headcount forecasting while maintaining alignment between operational staffing and financial expectations. Produce recurring management reporting packages, create executive-ready presentations, and automate data analysis within SAP Analytics Cloud to streamline workflows. Contribute to FP&A transformation initiatives, modernize planning methodologies, and improve forecast accuracy through process redesign and cross-functional project support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, financial reporting, or related finance roles
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to business leaders and non-financial stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP, Power BI, or similar planning and reporting platforms
- Experience supporting workforce planning and headcount forecasting processes
- Knowledge of financial systems, data structures, and reporting automation tools
- Experience working in technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, or other global operating environments
