(Senior) FP&A Analyst

Lead and support all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the Japan CRM business with the finance manager. Control capital expenses, variable and fixed operating expenses, headcount management, and working capital while coordinating with other Abbott Medical Japan BU finance teams. Provide periodic support such as month-end reports to several Japan-based global function teams and assist in performing oversight to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements. At the direction of the CRM Finance Director, help drive strategic projects for CRM or the overall AMJ enterprise. Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and Abbott Office of Ethics and Compliance policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of finance experience, bilingual Japanese and English skills, and a Japan or US CPA preferred.
