Job Summary
Senior FP&A Analyst partners with executive leadership to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a complex manufacturing environment. Leads annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, builds and maintains financial models and scenario analyses, performs budget-to-actual variance analysis, and develops reporting packages and dashboards for leadership. Collaborates with operations and commercial teams to improve performance, analyzes costs, margins, and profitability, and supports strategic initiatives, capital investments, and process improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of FP&A experience (preferably in manufacturing/food/consumer products), strong financial modeling and Excel skills, ERP experience, and effective communication with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of FP&A experience in the United States, preferably in manufacturing/food production/consumer products
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with ERP systems and large data sets
- Ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Strong analytical curiosity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Must currently live within commuting distance of the Greater Sacramento area
