Job Summary
Senior FP&A & Accounting Specialist to drive financial planning, reporting and accounting across the organization. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting, KPI dashboards, financial modelling, variance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve financial transparency and performance. Accounting support includes accounts payable/receivable and general ledger, month-end and year-end close, VAT MWST compliance, and audits, with a focus on internal controls and process improvement. Requires 4–7 years of experience in FP&A/Accounting, strong Excel skills, and fluent English and German. Hybrid role based in Zurich Seefeld office.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, or similar finance-related role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in Excel
- Fluent English and German
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your approach
