Job Summary
Conduct discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders, including program leaders and functional architects, to map complex transformation programs and identify risks. Build analytical artifacts and solution specifications within the Axiamatic platform, encoding domain knowledge into reusable frameworks that surface insights for faster decision-making. Translate customer patterns into scalable product capabilities while partnering with engineering teams to automate analysis. Support pre-sales and pilot engagements by demonstrating platform value to prospective customers and shaping the product roadmap based on real-world usage feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in product management, enterprise software, consulting, transformation programs, or pre-sales solution consulting
- Strong hands-on experience building solutions, prototypes, analytical artifacts, or technical workflows
- Experience supporting pre-sales engagements, solution discovery, or customer pilots
- Ability to work directly with enterprise stakeholders and navigate complex transformation environments
- Strong problem-structuring skills and the ability to translate complex program information into structured analysis
- Curiosity about AI technologies and emerging AI tools, with a strong desire to learn and experiment in a rapidly evolving field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience in management consulting, transformation programs, or enterprise delivery roles
- Familiarity with data analysis, AI/LLM systems, or knowledge graph-based platforms
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and building solutions from first principles
